Themed Summer Brunches

How does a cross country ski resort become a summer destination? As Marketing Director at Tennessee Pass Cookhouse, my answer to this business problem was a series of themed brunches. Mountain views at 10,800 ft meet mimosas. The result was a sold out dining room almost every weekend throughout the summer. We began a new tradition of yoga brunch, hike with a burro to brunch, vision journaling brunch, disco brunch, funny brunch with High Altitude Comedy, and more.
